The third volume of the series. Originally issued in parts (1816-1818). Printer statement on the verso of the title-page: C. Whittingham, Printer, Chiswick. The additional engraved title-plate is numbered Pl. XIV top right with 'Cathedral Antiquities' top left and the title set in 'Part of the Stalls of the Choir'. Most of the plates were by John and Henry Le Keux after Edward Blore.

The recto of a front loose sheet is inscribed in ink on the upper-right corner, 'The Gift of the author'.
