This is Vol. 6 of the 4th series. The title-page is lacking in this portfolio. The lithographed sheets in this portfolio were printed by Sprague & Co. Ltd, 69 & 70, Dean Street, Soho, W. The list of plates indicates there should be 72 plates in this portfolio; however, this set lacks numbers 44, 51, 54, 55, 60 and 63. The footer at the base of the Index (or list of plates) reads 'Architectural Association Sketch Book. 1918.', so the portfolio probably only appeared in 1918. The plates themselves are dated either 1914 or 1917.
Binding Note
The portfolio is in brown cloth-covered boards printed with black lettering and devices on the front board reading 'Architectural Association Sketch Book - 1914-17' and on the spine, lettered in black, 'Architectural · Association · Sketch · Book · 1914-17'.
