Printer statement end of Vol. I and Vol. II: T. Bensley, Printer, Bolt Court, Fleet Street, London. The title-plate of Vol. II has no author's name; Grose died soon after the beginning of this work and the text was largely completed by Edward Ledwich. A few of the plates are based on Francis Grose sketches, but most of the drawings were produced by his son Daniel or based on drawings in the collection of the dedicatee, William Conyngham.

The front pastedown carries an armorial bookplate of Francis Rougemont Esq.

Binding Note

The binding is uniform with Grose's Antiquities of England and Wales. The spine has a red morocco label lettered in gilt 'Grose's / Antiquities' and a black morocco label lettered in gilt 'Ireland / 1.[2.] and in gilt letters at bottom of spine 'R.A.'
