This was followed by a further limited edition of 1000 copies published by G.P. Putnam & Sons, also printed by Chiswick Press, bound in half brown cloth/cream buckram, October 1927, price one guinea. The first trade edition was published by in October 1927 (7/6d), with jacket by Hester Sainsbury. The first illustrated edition by Charles F.
