Provenance

The front pastedown carries the wood-engraved book-plate of Pickford Waller by William Quick after Austin O. Spare dated 1921, and the illustrated bookplate of Stanley M. Isaacs. (The latter presumably Stanley M. Isaacs (1882–1962) Republican Party politician from New York City).

Binding Note

Blue cloth boards lettered in gilt on upper cover and spine. Brown paper dust-jacket lettered in blue on front and spine.
