Accompanying the book and inserted near the front, is a letter from Viscount Peel, the Chairman of the Royal Commission for the St. Louis International Exhibition 1904, dated 25th Janary 1906 and addressed at bottom left to Fred A. Eaton, Esq. (Sir Frederick A. Eaton).
Binding Note
The book is bound in blue cloth with title and decoration in gilt and on the spine a red leather label, lettered in gilt: 'Royal / Commission / Saint Louis / International / Exhibition / 1904 / - / Report / Of The / Royal Commission'.
