The dedication and 'Discours' are signed as engraved by C. Berey. The portrait of Van der Bruggen is signed as painted by N. de Largillier and engraved by I. Vander Bruggen; that of Lafage is signed as engraved by Cornel. Vermeulen. Most other plates are signed as engraved by F. Ertinger; some as engraved by G. Audran, C. Simonneau or C. Vermeulen. Most plates carry the imprint of Valck, Amsterdam; two carry that of Vander Bruggen, Paris. The publication is dedicated by Vander-Bruggen to Monsieur Bertin.
