The frontispiece is unsigned. Plates 1-120 are signed as engraved, or drawn and engraved, by Lasinio figlio. Plates 121-157 are signed as drawn by G. Rossi and engraved by Lasinio figlio - apart from pl. 150, which is unsigned.
The work is dedicated by Gio. Paolo to his father, Cavaliere Carlo Lasinio.

Summary Note
The publication-date of 1814 is carried on the title page, but the dedication carries the date of 1825. The work was possibly issued serially in thirteen parts, corresponding to the thirteen 'Dispense' of the text.
The 'Dispense' ('Prima' - 'Decimaterza'), each describe twelve plates.
The frontispiece shows a general view of the Campo Santo, Pisa. The other plates show sarcophagi, urns and other sculpture - some of the classical, others of the Christian periods. In plate 126 a classical statue of Hercules is juxtaposed with a Christian statue of the Mother and Child.
Binding Note
19th-century half calf, green cloth-covered boards; black morocco spine-label lettered 'Raccolta Di Sarcofagi', spine lettered 'R.A.' and '1814'.
