Copy Note

With two letters from Edward Blore, both dated 18 March 1870, loosely inserted. The first is a brief note on Athenaeum Club headed paper addressed to Solomon A. Hart, the Academy’s librarian, offering the volumes to the RA Library. The second is a four page account of how and why the book came to be published.
