Summary Note

Although a publication-date of 1733 is carried by the title page, this issue was brought out by Thomas Osborne in 1742 to accompany his reissue of Willis's A Survey of the Cathedrals.

It is a detailed listing of the churches and chapels within the then Province of Canterbury. Unlike Willis's cathedral surveys, it does not describe the architecture of the buildings.
