Summary Note

The first part of the text consists of notes on Raphael and some of his works, based on Fea's researches in the archives of the Fabbrica and of the Chigi family; the second is a comparison of popes Julius II and Leo X, to the advantage of the former. The map shows streets near the piazza of St. Peter's.
