The work describes the monastery of Fresdelval near Burgos, and the alabaster tomb of Juan de Padilla, sculpted by Gil de Siloe between 1489 and 1493.

The plate is captioned and shows the Sepulcro De Juan De Padilla. In-text illustrations show a view of the cloister and details of sculpture and inscriptions.

The decorated initial is printed in color.
