There is no title-page in the Royal Academy's copy. Some copies have bound in the paper cover of this cuaderno, of which the title reads, 'Monumentos Arquitectónicos De España. Publicados de Rl. Orden y por disposicion de Ministerio de Fomentos. Cuaderno No.'

The plates are captioned, and fall into three groups, showing: [1-4] Triptico-Relicario Del Monasterio De Piedra En Aragon, in Mudejar style; [5-7] Palacio Arzobispal, Alcalá de Henares, in Renaissance style; [8-14] Romanesque churches in Ávila (Iglesia Parroquial de San Pedro; Ermita De San Isidro; Iglesias De San Andres y San Segundo; apse of the cathedral; tomb of the martyrs Vicente, Sabina and Cristeta; door of the basilica of San Vicente, Sabina y Cristeta).

Five plates are printed in color.
