The text is printed in Dutch and French in parallel.

The text describes, and the plates (captioned in French and Dutch) show, the funeral procession in 1759 of Anne, Princess Royal and Princess of Orange (daughter of King George II of Great Britain). The title-page vignette (printed on both title-pages) shows her royal arms.

Provenance

The front loose endpaper is inscribed 'S.A.H', i.e. S.A. Hart, librarian of the Royal Academy 1864-81.
