In Volume I the frontispiece is signed as designed by Francesco Fontebasso and engraved by Z. Batta Brustolon; the double portrait, as designed by Jo. Bapt. Moretti and made by B. Crivellari; the dedication plate is unsigned. In Volume II the double portrait is signed as drawn and engraved by J. Magnini. The many head and tail pieces in both volumes are usually signed, some by their draughtsmen (G. Zompini, M.A. Schiavonio), usually be their engravers (B. Crivellari, J. Leonardis, G. Magnini, Cattini, G. Zompini).
The publication is dedicated by Antonio Zatta to Maria Antonia Di Baviera, Principessa Regia Di Polonia Ed Elettorale Di Sassonia.

Summary Note
The plates in Volume I consist of a frontispiece, showing Petrarch crowned at Rome, a dedication, and a double portrait of Petrarch and Laura. The plate in Volume II is another double portrait of Petrarch and Laura. Both volumes contain many headpieces and tailpieces illustrating the poems.
