There are 30 numbered lithographic plates, two of which are folded plates (1 and 2, and 4 and 5). Plate 25 is the frontispiece. Three plates are partially coloured (plates 21, 25 and 27). The printer statement is at the foot of page 32, 'Printed by C. Whittingham, Chiswick.'
