The 55 illus. are full-page and carry numbers I to LV; each is preceded by a facing page of explanatory text printed (except for the first) on the verso of the preceding illustration, and numbered 1-55. These are followed by four plates carrying the numberes 1, 3/2, 5/4, 7/6 - which are preceded by one page of text numbered '56' printed on the verso of illustration no. LV.

Responsibility Note

Summary Note

The publication-date of 1727 is carried by the title-plate; but the dedication carries the date of December 1728.
