Binding Note

19th-century brown cloth-covered boards, upper and lower covers decorated in gilt with medallions centre and lettered 'Sine Pennis Volare Haud Facile Est.'; gilt-decorated spine lettered 'Dædalus. Falkener.' The rear pastedown carries the printed ticket of the binders, 'Bound By Hanbury & Co. Binders, 80, Coleman St. E.C.'
