Summary Note

Besides the collective title-page each Volume has its own title-page. Those of Volumes IV and V have the imprint, 'Oxford: Printed by L. Lichfield for John Nicholson ... John Morphew ... London'. In these two volumes the title ends, 'Amended in Several Places, by J.T. Desaguliers of Hart-Hall, Oxon'. In Volume III the treatise on fortification has its own title-page, reading, 'A Treatise Of Fortification ... by Mr. Ozanam ... Amended ... by J.T. Desaguliers ... With an Appendix, concerning that Manner of Fortifying which is Truly Mr. Vauban's ... Oxford ... 1711 ...'.
