19th-century half calf, black cloth-covered boards; rebacked in 20th century, spine lettered 'Pitture Di Masaccio'. Part of the former spine-piece is tipped in onto the rear pastedown: it included the lettering 'Pitt', 'Masacci' and 'R.A.'
