According to the edition of Academic Annals published in 1805, [p.4] the RA Council resolved on 21st February 1804 that “the ensuing numbers of his [i.e. Prince Hoare's] Publication should be issued by the Authority of the Royal Academy, under the title Academic Annals, (the two former Numbers [published in 1802 and 1804] being reprinted under the same title)..”. This reprinted edition differs from the earlier edition by the inclusion of a list of Members of the Royal Academy of Arts 1803 at the end.
