I George Richmond of 42 Half Moon St
Piccadilly & 74 Margaret Street Cavendish
Square. Being of sound mind. do hereby make
my last Will & Testament. in matter & form follow
-ing. I direct that on my decease my Executors
shall pay to Mr. Samuel Palmer Junior of Shoreham
in the County of Kent the sum of forty Pounds sterling
which I borrowed of him January twenty second
eighteen hundred and thirty one (this day) And in
case I should not have sufficient cash for that
purpose I direct that my Executors make
immediate sale of my effects sufficient to
produce for forty Pounds And forthwith pay the
same to the said Mr. Samuel Palmer Junior
And I appoint my Father Mr. Thomas Richmond
and Mr. Joseph Dinham Executors of this my
last will & testament. Witness my hand &
seal. This twenty second of January 1831.
