Content Description

He promises not to pester Humphry with letters. A trip to Wales was "health & diversion united", and he offers a colourful description of district around Pontypridd. Ld. Mountstuart is doing "I know not what" with Cardiff Castle. He went to see a local curiosity, "Robert's Hole", where he believes Robert, Duke of Normandy was imprisoned. Humphry's visit to Strawberry Hill must have been very interesting. He visits Humphry's mother daily and she dearly wishes to hear from her son more often.
