Copy letter: the Secretary communicates the anxiety of the President, [Sir William] Llewellyn about a letter by Dugdale that had appeared in The Times newspaper of 6 March on the subject of members' works in RA exhibitions. Lamb advises Dugdale that it was usual for members to consult the President before writing to a newspaper or giving an interview with a journalist.
