Content Description

Copy letter: the Secretary sends Gillick a copy of a letter from W. Reid Dick to the Secretary, dated 9 January 1946, relating to the work of the advisory committee of 1937 [on the creation of memorials to Admirals Jellicoe and Beatty in Trafalgar Square]. The Council has directed the Secretary to ask Gillick to consider and comment on the letter, following his own letter on the subject of 27 December 1945.
