She explains that they moved from London by reason of lower rent, taxes and provisions; the prices occasioned by the war made London unaffordable. They as comfortable as anyone can be while the "general disturber" Bonaparte lives. [Her sister] begs to say that she did not move to Shropshire merely to marry.
