Copy letter: Lamb replies to Cowper's letter of 17 April 1951, in which he had requested that the Hanging Committee and Council make changes to the paintings by him that had been selected for the Summer Exhibition. Lamb informs him that as final approval had now been given to the exhibition, no further change was possible.
