The volume includes two letters of King George III stating his disapproval of the conduct of the General Assembly in suspending five members of Council: John Singleton Copley, James Wyatt, John Yenn, Sir John Soane and Sir Francis Bourgeois, and his order that entries relating to the dispute betrween the Council and the General Assembly be expunged from the minutes, [December]1803.
