Queen; in October is inserted a summary memo of the facial dimensions of
Lord Leven, and pasted next to it is an
Royal Academy death notice for
George Jones; in November he pastes a newspaper cutting relating to a presentation of his portrait of Major Bruce Cumming; in December he has pasted an Royal Academy death notice for
Thomas Creswick; in the memoranda section he has affixed a newspaper cutting detailing the presentation of his portrait of Sir W. Heathcote.
