Regulations drawn up at a meeting of several Academician members of the Friday Nights Club, held at the Turks Head in Gerrard Street. The members present were

Francis Hayman,
William Tyler,
Thomas Sandby,
John Richards,
Samuel Wale,
Richard Wilson and
F. M. Newton. The meeting had considered the inconveniency that attended the collecting of forfeits, and decided that for the future, every Academician or Associate subscribing his name should deposit half a guinea. The members were to meet every Friday night during the sitting of the Academy and the exhibition. The regulations are signed by 31 Academicians.
