Copy [by Gibson] of a letter expressing
the Prince of Wales's thanks for photographs. None of the works represented, in Bruce's opinion, approached Gibson's "beautiful girl and child". The prince looked back with pleasure on his visit to Rome, and recalled his meetings with Gibson with particular warmth.
