Content Description

Butler, in consultation with Lord Keynes, had invited W. T. Monnington to be an additional member of the CEMA Art Panel. Monnington had been invited in a personal capacity, but Butler hopes that the choice will meet with the approval of Lutyens and the members of the RA.
