Content Description

He sends this by a Dutch East India man to say he is in Calcutta, well but "relax'd" by the heat and damp. He has taken a new house and shall be in by the 1st September, until then he is with Mr. Stables, one of the members of the Supreme Council.

Captain Urmston returns with a draft for her Uncle's prints. He has not received their portraits and is not sure if Mr. Smart comes to Calcutta or goes straight for Bombay.
