Content Description
Record of orders placed for goods and services, for instance the manufacture of ivory passes by Otway; orders for stationery, printing and binding; repairs to works of art; window cleaning; supply of candles and sperm oil for the Schools; exhibition expenses, including the printing of catalogues; orders relating to the annual dinner; and repairs to the fabric of the building. Most of the orders are placed by the Secretary and the Keeper. They are signed by the Clerk.
