Dr Hay proposes to have the committee sit on the Bill for securing the property in prints etc. on Wednesday morning next.
Mr Serjeant Whitaker is of the opinion that it will not be possible to adapt the clause relating to models to the provisions in this Bill or the former Act without taking it much further than intended, which would endanger the loss of the Bill, and is therefore for leaving it entirely out.
