Copy of a memorandum on the Schools submitted to the President and Council by the Visitors of the year, including
Lawrence Alma-Tadema,
Frank Dicksee and
George Dunlop Leslie. The memorandum includes proposals on revising admission tests for students, the removal of the age limit, hours of attendance, poor attendance by students, a modification of the Visitor system, a revision of the course of study, the advisability of appointing a teacher of high attainments in the Lower School, restrictions on students competing for the higher prizes and medals and the abolition of curatorships.
