Content Description

Thanks for the book of Vigniola [Vignola?], on architecture, which was brought by Signor Zucherelli; she has finished her portrait at the Pitti Palace, but had to cease copying Signor Renolds portrait because of the extreme cold; as she can hardly write English she asks that he write to Signor Tracham to thank him for the brushes he sent her; she has been to the Opera and heard Manzuoli and Guarducci and the tenor sing brilliantly; Mr. Burton has arrived in Florence, she hopes to benefit from his music lessons; she asks him to reply in Italian.
