Letter from the Master of the School of Architecture to former Professor of Architecture
Letter from
Charles de Gruchy, Master of the School of Architecture, to
Sir Reginald Blomfield, former Professor of Architecture, relating to declining admissions to the Architectural School since October 1925. De Gruchy identifies the cause of the decline as a change in the rules of admission for probationers in April 1925, whereby three dates in the year were fixed for the submission of works by applicants for probationership (previously, they could be admitted at any time during the year).
