Content Description
Mr Mitchell's brother of Rotherhithe is to be guarantee for the rent; in regard to the sum, Turner means to be guided by Mr Allason, 64 Lincoln's Inn Fields, who looked over the houses: what Turner wants secured is for substantial doings absolutely necessary to make the houses good to the end of the leases.
