Content Description
Hoppner accuses West of having been busy with his reputation, so that it becomes necessary for Hoppner to justify himself. He therefore gives West notice that he shall publish, in the course of the week, a dispassionate statement of the obligations he has to West "for a fancied ill returne, in which I am so boldly taxed by you with ingratitude."
