Plott has received a "partial and false" list of members' names, which serves as a summons to the ballot for officers of the Society of Artists. The election must therefore be deferred until consideration is made about who ought to attend and the list corrected. If this is not done, Plott will protest against the election, and will lay information in the court of King's Bench against all officers chosen.
