Asking that the council make no further interference over his right to exhibit his portrait of Master Betty, in the face of fresh applications to the Council by Mr Parker to have the work removed; he also asserts that he has high legal authority to back his claim that neither he nor the Royal Academy would suffer if he persisted in exhibiting the work.
