Content Description

The picture of Master Betty was painted expressly for the exhibition and he has the letter of commission to prove that fact, so Betty and Parker can have no right to prevent its exhibition; he is ready to take all the consequences on himself, and if the President and Council still object to receiving the portrait, he will exhibit it elsewhere.
