Content Description

He has now settled in his winter quarters after the longest journey he can recollect. He asks to be remembered to Ms Griffiths, and bemoans the miscarrying of the letter from Lord Clarendon. He is glad to hear that Towne is prosecuting his profession which such energy and looks forward to more news of the arts. He asks how Bone is doing, and whether Humphry has disposed of his Titian.
