Historical Background
There is a strong likelihood that this was produced at the point the Diploma Galleries first opened to the public. A Council minute of 16 May 1876 that a catalogue be prepared (RAA/PC/1/15, p.52). Annotations show that the list then remained current until around 1887-88.
