Historical Background
According to the 1970 annual report this committee was established by Council in December and it appeared among the standing committees from then until the retirement of Sidney Hutchison in 1982. However, the committee has left very little trace of its activities. It is not mentioned in the Council minutes until 1972, and even then only to report a change in personal. If it generated a standard file committee papers this has not survived.
