He forwards a letter sent to the English Coffee House for Humphry; ruminates on friendship and the intolerableness of Rome since the departure of the Hadfields; he has nothing new to tell, although much could be said of Marchant's time at Castello; Mr. Gore has received the drawings meant for Lord E.; he sends his regards to the Hadfields, and hopes that Humphry can cure Mr. Hadfield of his sympathies for the American revolution; he asks that if Mrs. Zoffany is in Florence that Humphry sends his regards, and Signor Bastonelli.
