Content Description

The letter concerns the title of Kelly's portrait of the Queen, which had been limited by the Lord Chamberlain simply to "The Queen". This had been altered at the Royal Academy without Kelly's knowledge. He would now have to excuse himself to the Lord Chamberlain, and asks to know who was responsible for the interference.
