Content Description

Both of his pictures have been a great success, he hears the crowd was six deep around The Nun's all day. Old Fry has written in "off his head with delight". He has sold it to the Fine Art Society for £100. The smaller picture [Vanity] has not sold yet.

He has been invited to the Academy [Club] dinner at Greenwich.

He is going to "that man" in Bournemouth for ten days, but he doesn't think it will help.
