Content Description

Sending thanks for his kind remembrance, his servant brought her his key, she will keep it until Mr. Marchant calls for it. She is glad that his journey to Weymouth has answered his hopes, she never doubted that good would come of rest, country air and sea bathing. She would have posted the letter the day before, but for being interupted by Mrs. Abington, who still retains her powers to fascinate, no matter what Humphry maintains. Marchant says he has seen Mr. Tresham's sketch for the opea curtain, and that it looks like a fine composition.
